Mushroom walks are held every week from May to November. Walks (for now) are restricted to COMA members and their guests.
Note that for insurance purposes, walk participants are required to sign in on the walk sign-up and release form.

Evening programs are educational lectures on a fungal topic. Lectures are hosted during the winter and spring months at the Friends Quaker Meeting House in Purchase, NY. Lectures are free to attend and open to the public.
In recent years COMA members have had the opportunity to participate in an exclusive tour of the NYBG herbarium and speak with their expert botanists and mycologists
As an affiliate member of the North East Mycological Federation, COMA volunteers take on the role of organizing the annual NEMF foray every few years on a rotational basis with the other affiliate clubs
